All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union (EU) are not subject to additional customs duties or taxes. However, for shipments outside the EU, import taxes, duties, and related fees may be charged by the customs office in your destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Damages, Lost Items, & Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if the wrong items are delivered, please contact us immediately at info@shopkaramba.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and offer a replacement or refund as necessary.

For packages lost in transit or delayed, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
